If you need to buy bus tickets to go from Buenos Aires to La Cumbre you will find schedules and prices here. Tickets may be purchased at the Retiro bus terminal (or in many other local offices), over the internet and, also, by phone.

The first announcement was released on November 16. Notice that the deadline to request financial support is May 20, 2011.
