The aim of the "Third International Workshop
on (Semi)numerical Techniques in Polynomial Equation Solving,
TERA'05,
in honor of Joos Heintz's 60th. birthday, is to gather active
researchers
on this subject and topics related with the areas of interest of
Joos Heintz.
The workshop will be held in the Facultad de Ciencias
Exactas y Naturales
of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. There will be around twenty
invited
talks, and enough time to encourage informal conversations between
participants.
TERA'05 has been declared of interest by the Facultad de
Ciencias Exactas
y Naturales, Universidad de Buenos Aires, and is financed by the
Consejo
Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas
(CONICET),
Argentina.
